How do Wind Tunnels Simulate High-altitude Conditions?
As England does not have a president, there is no office of the president so there is no name for one. We’re not saying for a minute that no one except test pilots has this experience. Adding air makes the blimp heavier, so to maintain a steady cruising altitude, the pilots must balance the air-pressure with the helium-pressure to create neutral buoyancy.
